Aneika Rivers, is an up and coming country pop artist from Chicago, IL, redefining the country landscape as we know it with her unique and fresh approach. At a young age, Aneika discovered her passion for music, but it wasn’t until she accomplished one of her personal goals, a college degree, that she could finally pursue her lifelong dream to sing.
Aneika began studying music with the infamous Dr. Lena McLin, known for coaching some of the world's best musical artists including Jennifer Hudson and R. Kelly. Dr. McLin took Aneika under her wing and instilled not only her teachings, but confidence as well. Aneika often says that Dr. McLin dreamed a bigger dream for her than she had dreamed for herself. From studying Classical, Gospel, Pop, Opera Pieces, and most importantly, Country, Dr. McLin has played a significant role in grooming Aneika into a well-rounded performer.
Now working towards releasing her first project, Aneika's dreams have never seemed closer! From late night studio recording sessions to performing on stage, Aneika is certain that success is right around the corner. And with hard work and unshakeable faith, she’s ready to grab it.
