My name is Brittney Wilson and I am an artist. I paint in Mixed Mediums, Oil and Acrylic. I\'m from San Diego, CA and have been painting since I was 5 yrs old.My heritage is from the Island of Jamaica and all my pieces have some West Indian influences. I typically paint for charities to raise money for the causes and or donate my work for silent auctions. Painting is my escape from the stresses of the world. I let out all my feelings on canvas and it helps me maintain a positive lifestyle and live in gratitude. I will be getting married this coming July and there is SO much chaos that comes with wedding planning. Thankfully painting has been a release for me and has allowed me (thus far) not to become a bride-zilla. Painting forces you to pay attention to the details in life and enjoy the world\'s beauty.
