Music – Madison

We are the Shoreline of Great Lake Michigan. We are smalltown, hungry to know, craving the truth, home grown weeds. We are everything you need on a snowday. We are CatoFalls from the edges of Wisconsin. Named for a scenic park near Manitowoc, WI, Cato Falls is an indie folk/ rock band and the brainchild of singer-songwriter Bethany (Buffalo) Lindemann. The group began in March 2012 as a flash-mob concept but then quickly became a solid band due to the musicians’ ambition. In addition to Lindemann, members include guitarist Tanner Rusch, bassist Jeremy Mrotek, violinist Emilie Lindemann, and drummer Tim Rozoff. Several short films of the group’s performance in exotic locales like the Manitowoc lighthouse and the Lindemann family silo are available on YouTube. The group is currently at work recording a full-length album that will be released in 2013.
