Visual Art – Calgary

Ever since a young age, I have loved to draw. At age four, I was told that I was drawing 3-D art. A unique and odd feature for so young. I pursued my passion for art, not just because I was told I was exemplary, but because it brought a sense of pleasure. It was all I really did from pre-school to the end of high school. I knew right away, after graduating from high school, I would pursue my passion into a profession. I took the New Media Production and Design class (NMPD) at SAIT Polytechnics for two years and graduated with flying colours. I learned a lot that wasn't entirely art, but it was things related to either presenting or doing art. I pursue my passion for art, styling in weird eccentric things, most of which are biological. My biggest and more well known is my anthropomorphic art. Combining animal and man together. Most of which are ungulates. My interests in biology are reflected in my art by things like, but not limited to: hybrids, anthros, aliens, and other mystical beings. Art has slowed down for me these past years, but the urge to make something new is always there eating at me like an addiction. My small but blooming presence online, is what really keeps me afloat. A small fan-base, which almost seems to demand more from me, and only in a good way. My ultimate goal is to get into the industry of concept art or entertainment. I hope that right someone will see my work for what it is and offer me the chance to show what I can really do. That, or become a mechanic, as cars have also become a growing passion.
