I paint what makes me happy and consider art as a form of meditation. My passion is creating fun, colorful paintings, playing with shapes, pattern and contrast. Typically, I work with vibrant, happy colors and round, feminine shapes. There is a recurring theme of curves, hearts and flowers. As my painting style has evolved, it has become more intricate, layered and complex. Hidden within most of my works are intimate details, shapes and words parading as flowing shapes. I strive to convey the sensual side mixed with a feeling of fun and happiness.
