Music – Atlanta
I'm originally from Bronx, NY but I grew up in the burbs of Atlanta. And my parents are from Jamaica. So for me Reggae and Hip Hop are the foundation and everything else I've grown to learn over the years.
For me DJing is bigger then mixing music. I take the name 'Entertainer' to heart and strive to be a complete performer at my events. Music keeps things moving, and my energy creates the moments people remember. I love exploring beyond the standard music choices. When Im on the decks, I am truly searching for the next best song possible for the crowd, creating a unique experience for my listeners.
You can typically catch me or my crew out doing mobile events. D Street Entertainment is a business I run with my mentor. We focus on Weddings and Nightlife. We've leveraged ourselves like that because there's a lack of talented DJs that are willing DJ at weddings. But there’s also that inner battle that tells you, you're not killing it until you have an entire night club rocking. So we do both and were able to bring what we do in nightlife to someone's Big Day.
Some of my biggest accomplishments are being named Kennesaw State's Official DJ. Opening up for Future, Wiz Kkhalifa, and Juicy J. Holding a residency at The Ivy Buckhead. And honestly making a successful career out of a passion.
