Jen is one of South Florida\'s premiere up and coming makeup artists and hair stylists. As a young child she always wished she had some sort of talent. She wanted to sing, draw, dance; she wanted to find something she was good at. Most of her play time was spent with friends and coloring books. At 10 years old she would win a coloring contest from a major corporation twice. In middle school she would always try new hairstyles on herself and eventually discovered makeup. Even as a freshman in college she never knew she was born to be in this industry until she really found makeup; a new crayon box. After freshman year she had no clue what she really wanted in life. She attended a few different colleges pursing nursing to care for newborns as a labor and delivery nurse. Soon she realized too many doors had been shut. She decided to ignore stereotypes of hairdressers and follow her heart. She would follow that lingering love of color, hair and makeup that had been with her since a young child. Now she lives and breaths hair and makeup proudly! Her true love for the art of makeup and compassion for her clients is what sets her apart from the rest. Working at MAC Cosmetics has given her hands on experience in working all skin types and ethnicities. She also has had formal education in cosmetology. Now her journey to success continues.
