Emma Hearnes

I am a young artist, originally from regional Victoria, currently completing a Bachelor of Fine Art at the Victorian College of the Arts. I have shown in group exhibitions such as ‘Offensive Art?’ at Brunswick Street Gallery and ‘Refresh Art Prize’ at Federation University, Churchill and was the winner of East Gippsland Art Gallery’s Small Artwork Prize, 'Wrap' in 2017. Most recently, I exhibited work at the Maffra Exhibition Space in my first solo exhibition, ‘Actuality’, where my interest in reality was explored.
