Visual Art – Vancouver
I was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines where I worked as a Registered Nurse. I recently became a Licensed Practical Nurse in B.C and currently studying for my 1 year re entry program for RN at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. However, my real love is art! I’ve been interested in art since high school. 10 months ago, I rekindled my love for arts by picking up some canvas to craft portrait and landscape paintings. I was given a chance to illustrate Translink’s The Buzzer’s front page and web banner last September 2017 issue. Recently, I won the Art Battle Vancouver for the month of April 2018 and I’ll be advancing for City Finals this coming June 2018. All of these events really helped me improve my skills as an artist.
