Ileijah Ciera

Ileijah Ciera is a self taught makeup artist based in Portland, Oregon. Her passion for makeup began at a early age. In 2011 she started journey as a freelance artist working with brands such as Bobbi Brown and MAC Cosmetics. She now continues to work as a freelance artist and has branched out to wedding and editorial makeup.
