Visual Art – Nashville

Born and raised in Nashville after endearing a complex lung disease at birth, I was encouraged to pursue photography my senior year at Hume-Fogg and completed an AP Art Portfolio in photography while studying under John guider for a semester. Studied various art forms at various schools and traveled various places over the years. Stopped school and started restaurant work in 2008 but my Photography and travels continued. I focus on abstract fragmented collage style photography of various abandoned locations far apart from society. My adventureschave taken me everywhere from Acadia National Park in Maine, exploring the Everglades, near sparsely habitated towns in rural Oklahoma , and the Pacific Coast Highway. In the Spring of 2015 I started experimenting with Nail Polish art on ceramic tiles, paper, and even glass christmas ornaments. I am fascinated by the process and chemistry that allows the polish to float on the water and stick seamlessly to a variety of surfaces. I want to enjoy and explore the earth
