Artist, Jen Howell, is the owner of jenmarie ink. She began playing with Alcohol Inks at the end of February 2019 and hasn’t stopped since. What started as a way to de-stress after a long day at work became a creative outlet she so needed.
Jen works on any surface that will take the inks: Yupo Paper (a polypropylene sheet), canvas, ceramic surfaces, acrylic, etc. She loves working with alcohol inks which are fast-drying, highly pigmented ink that flows across surfaces.
Armed with her little dust blower, Jen sits down intuitively and lets the ink lead her. Each piece she creates has a piece of her heart.
