Karleen Eberle

Fashion – San Francisco

I love to make beautiful clothes for beautiful women! Of course, when I say beautiful I mean all around - from your toes to your heart. One of my goals is to encourage women of all sizes and shapes to feel confident. Wearing a garment that fits and feels good can help you radiate your inner beauty. I’m also very passionate about reducing waste & gaining knowledge about the fashion industry. In my effort to reduce waste, I use lots of deadstock or close out fabric. Now deadstock may not sound very pretty - but it is. It’s the leftover fabric from a larger company, it may have been off color, dropped from the season, excess, anything! Using materials already in the cycle is one of the best things to do. Materials are so important to me, I could go on for ever! Beyond deadstock, I look for natural fibers. Silk, wool, linen, cotton - choosing organic, humane, USA manufactured when possible. In late 2012 I *officially* launched Karleen Eberle Designs. In early 2013 my Isis Spring Summer collection was ready for sale. Let me tell you, this has been the FASTEST most action packed year of my life. I’m continuously floored by the support of my friends & family. So, if you can’t find me hiking up that mountain - I am on my journey, behind the sewing machine, in front of you on stage and encouraging you to love yourself & buy that fab new dress!
