Visual Art – Chicago
I am a fine artist currently working in the Chicago area. After growing up in rural Illinois,
I received my Bachelors of Fine Art with an emphasis in oil painting from the American Academy of Art, in Chicago. Since graduating, I have pursued an exploration of varying mediums including metal working, flora, large scale installation, and environmental design. At the same time, I continue to draw from the past, and reference art history and historical techniques and methods.
