Music – Sydney

Lisa De Angelis is a singer-songwriter from Sydney. She began working as a professional singer at age 17, took time off from performance to learn about the industry through event management and event hosting, and came out swinging in 2016 with the release of her debut EP ‘Camelot Americana’. A self-taught guitarist, she and her acoustic guitar regularly perform both original and cover songs across New South Wales. After the release of her first EP, Lisa quickly garnered attention for her subject matter, unique musical delivery and onstage banter. At the end of 2017, Lisa returned from time spent in Los Angeles and Chicago, writing with producers in the Hollywood Hills and performing original music. ‘Camelot Americana’ was recorded and produced in Sydney at Vienna People (L-Fresh the Lion, Little May, The Khanz) and mastered in Tasmania by industry heavyweight and Grammy-winner William Bowden of King Willy Sound (Tim Finn, Eskimo Joe, Gotye). It was premiered by The Ladies Network in 2016 and gained radio airplay on FBi Radio and other stations across Australia. Currently Lisa is based back in Australia and is splitting her time between performing and trialling new music on the streets of Sydney.
