As a confident hairstylist implementing her abilities, Markia ensures that each client has the freedom to express oneself and truly feel the validation of external beauty. Markia began practicing her talents when she was a young girl playing with dolls. At the age of 14 she had no clue that styling her hair, family, and friends was preparing her for something major. Markia studied the art of beauty at ViCi Beauty school in Milwaukee, WI. Her natural talents, keen eye for fashion, & strong personality set her apart from her classmates and was offered a scholarship for school. Markia is only 23 and with 1.5 years in the industry she works at an elite Barber & Beauty Salon. Markia has also collaborated with some of her hometown greatest artist like photographers, videographers, models, designers, and musicians. Often being compared to vets in the hair industry, Markia feeds off the good energy and continues to strive for excellence.
