Fashion – San Francisco

Mercy worked in the fashion industry while pursuing and obtaining a Masters Degree in Art History in Miami and California. The more she became enamored of Couture and art in fashion, the more costume engineering became a passion. Her background of Burlesque dance gave her a unique perspective on costume design, fabrics, materials, and techniques, and she is known for her current collection of one of a kind costumes/LED costuming. As a burlesque performer, Mercy has traveled and performed around the world, in dozens of festivals, and on hundreds of stages. She made her own costumes, and perfected her techniques along the way. Her insatiable curiosity of the fashion arts and their applications drove her persistence- always looking to go above and beyond the last creation - holding those last works as the project to transcend. Her performance art, and her distinctive work, has recently received a great deal of attention, and numerous accolades; International Award Winning Burlesque Artist, Costume featured at Museum Steampunk Photography Exhibit.
