Ricardo Iamuuri is an African American singer-songwriter/sound collage artist. In 2006 Ricardo Iamuuri stepped onto the Pittsburgh music scene. Ricardo\'s sound garnered local acclaim and support; eventually finding its way into the hands of fans and artistic directors who recognized his value. That same year Ricardo Iamuuri collaborated with Emmai Alaquiva, (Owner CEO Ya Momz House, LLC) recorded an obscure collection of raw urban folk music and it was this collection of work which formed his first solo debut 10 track album called: Conversations w/ Shepherds, Sheep, Guinea Pigs, and Monkeys: Nursery Rhymes For The Underfed Minds...Vol. 1 Two of its tracks were featured on soundtracks and within documentary films produced by WQED Multimedia: In Country: A Vietnam Story(2006) and Jim Crow Pennsylvania (2006). The following years, Ricardo performed consistently as a solo artist. He also decided to collaborate on many unique projects; Dream Job, Formula 412, Jon Quest, Beedie…integrating his musical vision with various artworks. It\'s now 2013, seven years since US urban folk singer-songwriter Ricardo Iamuuri’s first debut album, but today Ricardo returns from outsider music, redirecting his aim on a upcoming sophomore solo project bound to stir up the people and challenge the listeners to go beyond their usual borders! to be continued...
