Visual Art – Orange County

Born in Plainfield, New Jersey in 1964, with an affliction of dyslexia, Stuart Hennessey always exhibited signs of creativity and excellent people skills. These innate traits were reflected, during the majority of his adult life, in the restaurant industry as a Garde Manger Chef and, most notably, as Baker in the United States Marine Corps. These most reputable careers are, Stuart believes, what fueled his artistic eye by creating “Artwork” with food. Stuart’s works cover many known genres of the artistic world as seen in his movement through self-taught artistic abilities represented by his experiments of “Poured Acrylics” (his most popular and sought after process and medium) to his newest mediums, “Weaved Canvases Painted”, “Slat Art Painted” and "PhotosInToArt" It is Stuart’s artistic freedom that has his pieces hanging in homes and offices across America and now he is proud to offer them internationally! Having left the restaurant industry in 2007 to venture into the financial wealth management world, Stuart realized he still needed a creative outlet (lacking in his new profession). After some time, he decided to exchange the mediums from the edible color, texture, space and form to pick up a brush and moved to canvas, paper, wood and canvas with oil paints. Strictly self-taught, Stuart utilized his visions of experiences and desires from his travels and residences all over this great nation and around the world.
