Visual Art – Boston
I am an artist living and working in Boston, MA.
I earned my BFA at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. I contemplated a concentration in fashion, illustration, and photography during my entire first year and then I ended up finding a home in painting. I found that painting allowed me to explore all of the materials that interested me and to combine all of the focuses that I was originally debating.
I think there is this wonderful conversation happening between trend and individuality in the fashion industry and what excites me most about it is everyone’s personal take on it. I aim to make work that plays on this, doesn't take it too seriously, and that really comes from a point of admiration.
