Teagan Crouch

Teagan Crouch is a painter who works in portraiture. Her work explores themes of hauntology and faciality in order to inspire a sense of empathy towards her subjects. Describing her medium as ‘kind’ she believes paint has a unique, tangible language that can convey a deeper understanding of her subjects. Teagan studied a BA of Design (Visual Arts Major) at LCI Melbourne and is a founding member of Confess Collective. She’s in numerous group shows such as Courthouse Youth Arts, Lindberg Gallery, Portarlington Mill, Umberto’s and LCI Gallery.
