Hi! I'm Vic and I'm a custom die-cast artist. I make tiny custom cars with huge stories by combining a variety of skill sets such as airbrushing, hand-painting, graphic art, and a few fabrication tricks! I believe most of us, either has a special connection to a special car or knows someone who does. It may be that first car you owned and fell in love with, or perhaps that special machine someone poured their heart and soul into building. Let me tell you, I am here to put that car in your hands. Whether you still treasure it in your garage, or simply in your heart and memories, I want to make it tangible by infusing my artistic skills into it! I want to create the most special gift that tells a visual story of that magical bond between human and beloved machine.
I started this fun and colourful journey originally as a die-cast collector about 2 years ago. Back then, I was collecting high-end Hotwheels cars from movie/tv, pop-culture themes. Basically cars from my surroundings growing up. Through the vast communities of collector groups I was later introduced to people customizing these collectible cars. I quickly identified an opportunity to apply my existing artistic abilities to create cars that I could otherwise not have. Likely because they did not exist. So I began exploring and having a ton of fun building my first few customs for myself. But that wasn't enough. I soon realized that I could do so much more with this, and that many people have a distinctive and profound emotional connection to cars. I had an opportunity to tell a big story creatively and emotionally through the most unique of mediums; die-cast toy cars! I could be myself fully as an artist and combine all the skills i've learned over the years to create something incredibly special, memorable and practical for someone.
This is why I absolutely LOVE making tiny cars with huge stories! I also LOVE playing these tiny cars, especially when I can let my imagination run wild along with my 3 and 6 year old kids!
