Angelina Myers

Calgary-based visual artist, Angelina Myers has been honing her skills in multi-media artwork. Blended her skills in photography with her six years of painting and sculpture experience, bringing about a perfect marriage of two passions. Her current studio practice, is working with subject matter about the nude female form, emotions, and nature. Using photography, painting, and sculpture to create representations of femininity, sexuality, and sexual innuendos. Her work talks about body image issues, intimacy, and environment through a degree of exposure and vulnerability. While, challenging the viewers comfort level and passing through their own inner boundaries. Myers holds an undergrad degree in Fine arts at the University of Arts in Calgary.
