Ellen Fielding

Ellen is an illustrator and movement teacher born and raised in Toronto. While studying art history at the University of Toronto, she began studying an illustrating the city’s historic buildings. Upon graduation, Ellen supported her illustration practice by teaching pilates, which required studying anatomy in detail. Her subject matter currently oscillates between anatomy and architecture. Bones and muscles, like bricks and stones, make up the architecture of living.
