I’m a Jersey girl born and raised in “Brick City” aka Newark, NJ now living in New England. My passion for creating art began when I was a youngster and as a teen I attended Newark Arts High School. I was a fine arts major & explored acrylics, oils, watercolors and delved into sculpture. I received further art instruction at Rutgers University in Newark. After a long hiatus raising my children, I returned to my easels with fervor in 2018. I find tremendous joy and creative expression thru my artwork. Evocative mixed-media portraits of American American heroes & “she-roes” are my niche. My work has been publicly showcased in NJ, NY, CT, MA, MD, PA, NC and CA.
