For Kyle Shirk, music has always been an outlet. His journey began at age 8 when he received a keyboard as a gift, quickly becoming captivated by the instrument. After moving to Connecticut in high school, he continued to hone his skills, covering songs by Billy Joel and Ed Sheeran, and experimenting with GarageBand. During the COVID-19 lockdown, Kyle wrote and recorded his first song in his basement, sparking a lifelong passion for music. Now based in Los Angeles, he draws inspiration from artists like Ed Sheeran and Bensen Boone, crafting relatable pop and folk songs that connect with listeners worldwide.
