Abi Fields Photography

Hi, I’m Abi! I was born in a small town in a big state (Central Texas for those of you who are wondering). I have been bitten by a Canadian seagull, tried out for Survivor and I put Tabasco on absolutely everything. The first thing on my bucket list is a motorcycle photography expedition through Central America. (And yes, I ride)! The trip will give me the opportunity to document various non-profits across the country and to serve as a vessel of awareness. My vision is, put simply, to write with light. I believe in using my camera to capture real moments. Whether it is the way the sky is glistening off a still lake or the first smile of a newborn baby, I seek to find joy in everything I shoot. I started my journey by first seeking my own joy. At 19, with less than $100 in my pocket, I ventured to NYC for “the real world.” I witnessed 9/11 first-hand, landed my first corporate job at 21 and have lived in 6 states since. After nine years in corporate America, I leapt off the ladder to become a full-time photographer. I put my faith in God and have never looked back.
