Acrylic Robotics is an art-tech startup based in Montreal, Canada, on a mission to unlock creativity and make fine art accessible. Acrylic builds machine learning models and robotic systems that can delicately mimic painted human brushstrokes, allowing professional artists to produce their painted artwork at scale and reach new markets, and empowering budding creatives to express themselves in a new way and see their creations painted. Acrylic is founded by Chloë Ryan, an artist, roboticist and entrepreneur fascinated by human creativity and how we can use machine intelligence and technology to explore the boundaries of the mind and its artistic capabilities.
