Visual Art – Long Beach
Ever since he was a child Anthony has been drawing, whether it was practicing drawing what he saw in a comic book to doodling his version of what he saw around him. Growing up with an artistic parent helped push his skills of illustration into the twentieth century where his love for computers and digital media has helped him grow into his graphic design and illustrator role he\'s found himself in over the last 5 years.
Anthony\'s work process starts with pencil and ink illustration and the process is finished digitally in Photoshop where color, shading and textures are added to bring about the end product.
This has been a very successful and enriching year with Anthony\'s first three art shows (all with RAW), first major sales of work, and landing a place as Long Beach, CA Visual Artist of the Year for 2012. Anthony also has had the privilege to have a two page spread that graced Catapult Magazine as well (Issue 11, 2012).
