Art Nude Human

Hi I’m Steve! A professional photographer in Brooklyn, NY, and I love photography! Photography has always been a prominent part of my life since my teens, admiring printed publications, billboards, and even the work of the family photographer. When I received my first camera I fell in love with the idea of photography as art, giving me the ability to capture a moment and to tell a story through my images, producing treasured memories that invoke those reminiscent feelings we have all come to enjoy. Seeing photography as both an art and a craft, I keep an unbiased eye on these two disciplines. I try my best to stay well versed in the skills necessary to tame today’s photography trade, but I’ve not forgotten that even the camera is just a tool. After mastering the equipment, I turned to creating the art in photography, letting the camera become an extension of my arm as I sketch the frame, attempting to create pleasing meaningful images. I always get the question, how did I get involved into art nude photography? And my answer has always been; I wanted to attempt to skirt that fine line. To look at the human body as an art form, rather than just us as sexual beings. Stripped away of all vanity and inhibitions; to turn skeptics into beleivers that the nude human body is more than just a topic for sexual taboo, but one that can be apreciated for the art it truly is.
