Bangdien

Bangdien was born in Vietnam and came to the United States when she was 20 years old. She first studied art at North Seattle Community College in 1995 and later in 1998 was accepted into the Art program at University of Washington. Most of her early works were in watercolor and oil mediums. Even though she did not finish the art degree, she applies her artistic skills into her work in computer programming.After 10 years of being inactive from painting, she restarted her work by exploring acrylic in her new paintings. She enjoys painting with a variety of colors, mixing techniques, and exploring new ways to express her feelings through her works. Each painting is a product of a mixing of music and painting. She loves to paint landscapes and abstracts.
