Visual Art – Toronto
Oil painter, teacher, textile artist. Raised on the east coast, living, painting and teaching in the west GTA. I work primarily in oils in an impressionistic way, loving to paint the landscape, natural world and commissioned paintings of dancers. I also work in recycled textiles and quite recently a clothing company from Montreal has been using my work as designs on wearable art. I started out as a self-taught artist but then continued my education at Sheridan College and U of T with painting, drawing and print-making. Painting, teaching and creating is what I love to do full time now. My work has travelled around the US and Canada and is collections from coast to coast in both countries. Seeing the beauty in the every day is what I do best.
