Barry A. Noland

Barry A. Noland’s art is photography. Originally from Cairo, IL, he has been a Nashvillian since 1980. Barry is self-trained and has been exhibiting since 2003. Though his portfolio encompasses various genres from editorial imagery and structural abstractions to black & white plant studies, he has become most widely known for his dramatic figure studies and portraits. Barry’s fine art work has been exhibited, recognized and awarded both regionally and nationally; and his commercial images have been published internationally. Among Barry’s most recent accomplishments is having works selected for the permanent art collection at the prestigious Kinsey Institute in Bloomington, IN. In addition, his work has been studied at multiple U.S. universities.
