Brian Whitmire

I am 29 years old and am currently living in Los Angeles, California. I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia and was born into a very creative family. My brother, Nick Whitmire, and mother, Fran Welch, are also artists and constantly provide me with the inspiration I need to accomplish my artistic endeavors. I currently work at Blur Studio where I am a lead animator and feel incredibly privileged to be surrounded by such talented individuals. It’s such an amazing family to be a part of! When I’m not sitting in front of a bright, shiny box all day, I am either drawing or painting as much as possible. I’m finding more and more that there has to be a fine balance in my life between the traditional and digital realms in order for me to feel truly happy and inspired on a daily basis.
