Brinx

I\'m Brinx. I am a self-taught, abstract painter, raised and still living in Pittsburgh. I am a Yinzer! I started painting around 2006 coinciding with my inability to work a regular job, due to the effects of Crohn\'s disease, a chronic intestinal condition that I have had since 1987. I use my art as a way to express emotions, frustrations and observations of life. I use gestures, geometrics, colors, forms and textures to create pictures that can be seen in many different ways, depending upon the perspective of the person who is viewing it.
