I'm a 27 year old hoop dancing yogi born and raised in central Wisconsin and am now flourishing in the beautiful state of Colorado! I adore music, yoga, hooping, my friends, and anything outdoors! I started teaching myself to hoop back in May of 2016. I had watched so many lovely ladies hoop with such passion and a sense of freedome that I decided it was something I wanted to do for myself! Seeing the progression after countless hours of practice and countless bruises is what makes this journey totally worth it. My hoop has brought me more confidence and more expression than I ever could have imagined. It's something that makes me feel sexy and connected to the rhythm of the music that I love so much.
