My art is just one way that I can take a snapshot of a moment where I am open, honest, and vulnerable. When we bear our true selves, free from the entrapment of facades and personas, we can start to be honest with who we were, who we are, and who we want to be. I don’t want my art to be seen as vulgar or even pushing the limits of decency. My favorite pieces try to strike a balance between sensual and a sublime eroticism, something that causes a second look. love. I realize that not everyone that sees my art is free to receive those messages and see the freedom within themselves, but it's there ready to be expressed if they'll let it.
