Visual Art – Cincinnati
My name is Catrina Hampton. First and foremost I am a sinner saved by the Grace of God. I've been artistic for as long as I can remember. During highschool, I was very involved in art classes. I gave up art after the birth of my daughter. I was a young, single mother and art just took a backseat to life. Fast forward 25 years later, and I am inspired again. This time, by a friend who is an AMAZING artist. This friend hosts "Drink wine and paint" classes. I decided in 2014 to take a class. I then took another, and was HOOKED. I went out and bought supplies, started watching YouTube videos and reading everything I could, in an attempt to become a better artist. Here I am today, painting almost daily. Whether it be with acrylics or pastels, painting is my passion!
