Chels is an up and coming Makeup Artist based in downtown Chicago. She’s worked with many cosmetic brands including Covergirl, Rimmel London, Olay, Sally Hassen, Winky Lux Cosmetics and Taylor Made Cosmetics. Chels specializes in natural and high fashion looks with colorful and creative flawless applications. Currently Chels is the Brand Manager for Taylor Made Cosmetics and still works as a freelance MUA. As a Brand Manager for Taylor Made Cosmetics, she is responsible for the growth and development of the brand. Chels has led beauty activations at LA BeautyCon 2018 and 2019, Gen Beauty NYC, Essence Festival and Chicago’s Black Women’s Expo. Her goal is to expand her skills, travel the world applying makeup and learning more about the cosmetic industry. Chel’s creativity, artistry and passion makes her an beauty artist on the rise!

Having launched in 2014, Taylor Made Cosmetics was made to provide safe and sophisticated choice in cosmetics and skin care for men, women and young girls. Taylor. Made Products are Phalate and Paraben-free, with powerful pigments that last all day. Dr. Spencer has expanded into a full range of color cosmetics, including eyeshadows, highlighters, blushes, lip sticks, cleansers, glow mask and so much more.
