Visual Art – Toronto
All my life I have loved creating, but for my whole life I was told there was no money in art and that the starving artist lifestyle was the only way an artist exists. After spending time at Laurier an then finishing up at York University for Social Economy, I was lost. I tried out different businesses with minimal success and knew it was because I had very little drive and passion for these ventures. In 2017 I started painting again and slowly the fire that I used to feel burning inside me came alive. Passion returned to my life and I was reintroduced to my true love. It had always been there, but I let others tell me how I should live my life for too long. I am so grateful to be able to share my world with people and bring some colour and hopefully inspiration into their spaces. We are who and was we surround ourselves with and life is too short to live in a world that does not inspire you.
