In college, I took a metal-working class just for the fun of it. I had no idea that the craft would become one of my favorite hobbies, as well as a small side business. My handmade hand-cut necklaces are filled with passion and precision, and have been admired and adored by many. I first started out making decorative cutouts; more along the lines of mantle-top display pieces to sit on a shelf. Even though I loved them, I wasn\'t getting a good response from consumers. I decided to take my work down to a smaller scale and try necklaces. I first followed some designs I found online, such as the squid that has become my icon, and extended my portfolio by taking a broad array of requests. Shortly after, I developed my Etsy shop, Colossus Creations, where I display all of my created pieces. Working on these necklaces really brings me peace of mind; it\'s my best stress reliever, and I\'m glad I can share the joy of this passion with others.
