Performing Art – Boston
Contemporarily Out of Order (COOco) is an organization that houses both a professional adult company and a youth company, both based out of Boston, MA.
Created in 2010 by director, Wendy O'Byrne, Contemporarily Out of Order has performed throughout the East Coast, spreading the art of story-telling through contemporary movement. In 2014, Contemporarily Out of Order's Youth Company was created to house our dancers under the age of 18.
Mission Statement: “Contemporarily Out of Order believes in nurturing the art of dance. As dancers, we share values, vision, and purpose: to surround one’s self with fellow dancers, striving to perfect our craft; to express the true emotions of one’s soul; to be able to say everything without saying a word; to leave it ALL on the dance floor.”
