Visual Art – Minneapolis

I am a 23-year-old, fine arts freelance artist from Minnesota. I come from a loving family and was raised with two brothers and a beautiful sister. Ever since I was three years old, my mother would tell me I had a true gift and talent for art. All through elementary school, I was always getting into trouble for creating little sketches around the perimeters of assigned papers, which made the assignments look more like something from an art class. “That’s very distracting when grading papers,” my math teacher would say. I remember drawing a cartoon picture of one of my art teachers in middle school during one of his stand up lectures. I drew him giving the peace sign and found it so humorous that I felt I had to show him after class was over. He said “Well that’s very nice, but I really wish you would have paid attention to my lecture,” as he laughed. Growing up, I found myself being less distracted in my high school art classes. I started building a stronger passion for art and wanted to use my gift to inspire people or lift them up when discouraged. Aside from art, I enjoy being with family and friends, longboarding, skiing, biking, watching exciting movies, and much, much, more!
