Coty Dube

My name is Coty Dube and I'm a 22 year old painter from a small city in New Hampshire called Nashua. I spent my childhood growing up outside of the city in a rather rural town. A lot of the inspiration for my work comes from the vivid imagination I had as a child that I carried with me into adulthood. Otherwordly and sometimes slightly macabre, my large scale acrylic paintings are meant to evoke fantasies of a place other than this world. Sometimes originating from a sketch, or a visual remembered from a dream, my paintings quickly take on a story and personality of their own.
