Visual Art – Connecticut

If someone were to ask me what I want to do when I grow up, I would simply answer, “I don’t know.” I don’t think many people my age really do know what they’re going to be doing for the rest of their lives. But what we all have the ability to do is dream. I accept that I don’t know where I’ll be 5 -10 years from now, but what I know for certain is that my purpose is to make art. I dream to create an experience for people that evokes emotion and promotes reflection. To me art is a language; an expression, and reception. It is a way to communicate with the world around us. Art allows us to see ourselves and the world through a novel lens.
