Dança Brazil has been Adelaide’s Premier Brazilian Entertainment group since 2003. For years, Dança Brazil has been taking to the stage at many prestigious Adelaide and National & International events. A familiar face to the Latin Dance Scene, Danca Brazil has appeared & been invited on TV, competitions, judged, appeared & showcased their work through festivals, congresses, all sorts of shows and competitions. Locally this group are regular performers at corporate functions, festivals, awards nights, venue openings, weddings, birthdays, product launches, university functions, hen’s nights, charity events, private functions and many more. Dança Brazil is recognised as Australia’s strongest Brazilian Samba performance group! Competing in Australia also allowed them to be ranked the second best dance troupe in all of Australia, competing against other teams in Open Latin Category twice. Dança Brazil competed at the 2011 Australia Salsa Solo Competition (Open Latin Dance Category) and 2012, 1st in the Tropicana Latin Festival (Professional Open Latin Category). The director, Silvi Milans has also been awarded for “Outstanding contribution to the Latin Dance Industry in Australia” a huge honor for her as her passion is to spread the love of Brazilian dance, music & culture to Australia! Having performed in San Francisco, Jakarta, Bali, New Zealand & nearly every state in Australia last year, Danca Brazil wows the audience every time through their amazing energy, passion & authentic flavour to give you a taste of Brazil!
