Visual Art – Boulder

I started drawing at a very early age. The first clue that I would pursue a lifelong passion for art started when I drew all over my father\'s new white Toyota with a black permanent marker at age four. By the time I reached high school, I was also painting and learning photography. After strong encouragement from a few art teachers, I decided to pursue higher education in fine art. I attended The School of Visual Art in NYC with a concentration in painting. I later attended Columbia College in Chicago to study traditional animation. Although I consider myself a painter first, I still dabble in video, animation and photography. I believe creativity is one of the few worthy endeavors in my lifetime. While I\'ve always had side jobs and other non-art related employment, I\'ve always claimed that my real profession is \"playing with color\". I continue to live a creativity filled existence, especially with the support of my family, friends and other artists.
