Valencia Jean is a talented fashion designer passionate about making amazing clothing, accessories and other innovations with her hands and how people feel in her creations. Valencia White was born in Dayton, Ohio. Her mother is a seamstress and taught her how to sew. Her late grandmother was also a seamstress and was named Valencia Jean. After learning about her names history, she decided to connect to her grandmother by carrying on the name to create a legacy. She graduated at the top of her class from The Art Institute of Atlanta and was Sole Fashion Designer for a tribute to Josephine Baker at Art Institute for the themes “Speak Easy” fashion show. Over several years Valencia has been on a journey to learn herself as a designer and challenged her skills and creative talents. As a young emerging fashion designer, she is ready to preset her new collection, Late Bloomer, expressing a colorful, vibrant and empowering vision.
