Drop Dead Sixty

Music – San Jose

DROP DEAD SIXTY is a local band with ties throughout the Bay Area from San Ramon to Hayward to San Jose. I would define our sound as Stone Temple Pilots meets Muse/Mars Volta with the most theatrical frontman the Bay Area has seen in a long time. We recorded our EP, Until The End, with Steven Murr of Murrman Productions who\'s recorded Doe Eye, The Holdup, Young Science, Pounders, Northern Son, and many others that Live 105 plays regularly on their Soundcheck program. Drop Dead Sixty has released two music videos in the past two months; one is a handcrafted animated music video from Bronto House for \"Mediatic,\" the other is an official music video for \"Lonely Streets,\" filmed with local director Frank Door of Element 151, known for his work with K.Flay, The Trophy Fire, I Am Empire, Bird By Bird, AB & The Sea, Finish Ticket, Beta State, Young Science, Wallpaper, The Trims, Fighting The Villian, Northern Son, Dizzy Balloon, and even The Limousines. DROP DEAD SIXTY has been featured multiple times in the Silicon Valley Metro, as well as our songs featured on Live105, KSJS 90.5 FM, and The Unbound Sound with Phil Toole on FCC Free Radio. We\'ve also released \"Exist\" EP in Fall 2009, followed by \"Anarchy of the Wicked Penguin\" in Spring 2011, which was well-received by our strong San Jose fan-base. DD60 is comprised Michael Kerosene on vocals, Gavin Billy Cougar on guitar/keys, Will Bohrer on
