Jessica Woody
Visual Art – Tulsa
Jessica Woody has been a freelance mixed media artist for 15 years. Her acrylic and mixed media on vinyl record artwork is currently being exhibited in the 2024 Champagne & Chocolate Gala Exhibit at Living Arts of Tulsa and Hummingbird Fine Craft on Studio Row in Tulsa. Her past exhibitions include the Art Gallery at Liggett Studio, The Sky Gallery, RAW Artist Showcase, the Rose Festival’s Professional Artist Division at Arts@302 and other art galleries in Tulsa, Oklahoma and surrounding areas, as well as the Franklin Arts Center in Brainerd, Minnesota.
Jessica is the author and artist of the book “Temptatious Tasting: Love Poems, Date Night Ideas, Romantic Recipes, and The Art of Jessica Woody”. Her art is featured inside Julie Rawding’s book “The Upcyclers U.S.A.: 21 Eco Folks Who Made It” and on the cover of Jen Karetnick’s book of poetry “Brie Season”.
Jessica has been featured as the Artist in Residence in Tulsa People Magazine, and her art has been showcased in GTR Newspapers and Oklahoma’s Spanish-English Newspaper La Semana Del Sur.
She participated in The Drunken Artist live-action, art instructional fundraiser event for the I AM Yoga Festival, and she has instructed Paint & Sip art classes and art workshops with Oklahomeschooling.
